I am one of Them. Are you?

It does not happen naturally.
I have to actually organize myself
to stop the kitchen cleaning and, instead,
take a walk.
A long walk.
A slow walk.
Without thoughts.
Without another human being.
Without that "bridge between the two worlds:
the world we carry within ourselves and the world that is out there
".

Only then we can see the wonder.

 And feel it.

Take off my sandals.
Feel the gentle hugs of the water swirling around my feet.
And miraculously, fish comes and touches my skin.
Tiny-Tiny kisses.
As if she knows
it is safe to greet me and welcome to their kingdom.
Yes, THEIR kingdom.
Not mine.

And even golden koi fish gently waves her tail.
And smiled at me.
Hm...
I am one of them.

Without disturbing fish
I gently step out of the pond to continue my walk.
In wonder.
And I find myself on the path.

People do not walk here.
Then who else so frequently walks around this pond?
The footprints of turkeys and deer
remind me:
I am one of them.

And then the fury wildflowers meadow opens right in front of me.
I lay on the ground.
I want to feel them.
I want to hear their song.
And now I feel:
I am one of them.

And then,
after a few magical moments
I found myself
on the footsteps of a tiny,
hardly two inches in diameter,
a moss dome.
Two tiny magical sticks are holding it in place.
A tiny Temple.

Reminds me of its glory and fragility.
So is my life.

Thousands times I have walked here.
And never noticed yet another tiny-tiny wildflower.
How awesome is it to make our small discoveries every day of our life?
Does it happen as a surprise or when we are open to the music of nature?
When we are
Quiet
Observant

Entering the ancient narrative of presence
— Walking in Wonder, John O'Donohue

That is my little story of how I spent one morning
with a camera in my hands, walking around our pond,
in preparation for my next collection:
"Wild & Free".

Tomorrow I am hoping to tell this story.
Through color and strokes.
My dream is to represent their song.
And aroma of tiny-tiny wild flowers.
Meanwhile, take a slow walk through my

Wildflowers Gallery.

There are quite a few meadow paintings already.

Please contact me if you have any questions:

And I am, oh, so grateful for your walk with me.

With love,
